Extrasensory Art-Making Workshops

Workshops are open to everyone. Help us create an exhibition!

From February 22 through May 19, collaborate with teaching artists to make site-specific installation art at the Frist Center. The resulting multisensory interactive works will appear this fall in Extrasensory, a Conte Community Arts Gallery exhibition that will complement Nick Cave: Feat. Don’t miss our free workshops with Maria Borghoff, Dee KimbrellAmber LelliBeth Reitmeyer, and Massood Taj. Representing a variety of mediums and artistic backgrounds, the artists bring unique approaches to their sessions with the Frist Center community, which includes members of Empower Tennessee, Tennessee Disability Coalition, and VSA Tennessee: The State Organization on Arts and Disability.
