The Frist Center is offering a three-day professional development institute that will highlight two summer 2017 exhibitions, State of the Art: Discovering American Art Now and Vadis Turner: Tempest. Educators will explore American contemporary art with three artists whose work will be on view: Vadis Turner (TN) and State of the Art’s Vanessa German (PA) and John Douglas Powers (TN). Conversations in the galleries and hands-on activities in our studios will complement the insights provided by these artists.

Registration is required, by Monday, June 26. Space is limited to 20 participants each day.

When registering multiple educators please complete separate registrations.

When registering for all three days your discount will be applied at checkout.
