Adult ARTlab: Modeling the Figure in Clay

Join the Frist Art Museum for this demonstration of traditional clay modeling theory and technique led by Nashville sculptor Alan LeQuire. The day will begin with a tour of the exhibition Monuments and Myths: The America of Sculptors Augustus Saint-Gaudens and Daniel Chester French at the Frist Art Museum. Then, participants will meet at Alan LeQuire’s studio, where they will model the human figure working from life.
