Fueled by a passion for serving youth, Southern Word equips participants with tools to become thoughtful creators through the outlets of writing, music, and performance. Nashville Public Library’s Studio NPL is an innovative technology-driven learning environment for teens. In collaboration with Southern Word and Studio NPL, the Frist Art Museum invites you to an art and poetry workshop inspired by We Count: First-Time Voters, and to share pieces developed during this ARTlab at a virtual open mic on Thursday, October 29, at 4:00 p.m.
